Welcome to Dr. F's 8th grade social studies class at Milford Middle School. In 8th grade social studies we explore early U.S. history and government. Units of study include European Colonization, the American Revolution, the Constitutional Convention, U.S. Civics and Government, the Early Republic, formation of Political Parties, the Industrial Revolution, Slavery in the United States, Westward Expansion, and the Civil War.
